The three P's Pearls, Pantyhose and pumps

I am looking for just one BBW in this huge planet we called earth. Just one mind you. I know not many BBW's wear pearls, pantyhose and pumps (low heel) with dresses or skirts. In fact many BBW do not wear dresses or skirts at all. This being known means my search may be long and hard. Can any one offerer advice on how to either
1) find a lady who prefers to wear theses things as a part of her weekly wardrobe (work, church ect..) or
2) present myself as a man who would attract such a lady. In other words, I am a man who likes to wear suits and ties. Will wearing the nicer clothes increase my chances of attracting a woman that I am looking for ??

a few things to keep in mind...
- I am open to dating a much older woman
-I am open to dating very conservative women
-I have a full time job and a bachelors degree
